2023-24 Achievements

Our chosen charities in 2023-24 were Grampian Regional Equality Council (GREC) and Community Food Initiatives North East (CFINE) where we managed to raise over £2000 from just two events.

Activities Ball Raffle – for GREC

For the very first time, we hosted a thrilling Raffle at the SU Annual Activities Ball, and it was a smash hit! 

In less than 2 hours, our tickets sold out!  Some of our amazing prizes, included:

• A £100 cash prize 

• A £100 Blackwells voucher 

• Cineworld vouchers 

• Exclusive Beauty & Booze hampers

Kiltwalk Event - for CFINE

On 2nd of June, five dedicated committee members embarked on an 18-mile walk from Aberdeen to Banchory to raise funds for CFINE, a local charity supporting those in need. Their incredible effort resulted in raising an impressive amount, which went go directly towards helping CFINE continue its important work in the community.
